Tutorial India

I'm trying for the first time to call a 2nd program from an existing one. I keep getting error msg. #7030 on my compile telling me that my new program isnot found. I'm calling a cl pgm... in the same library...that calls an rpgle pgm. also in the same library. Can anyone help me???
